Hector's place in Soho is the start of Mission 17. You start with no cutscene standing in the doorway of Hector's porn studio with gang bangers shooting at you. Best strategy is to turn into the studio and kill people behind you while gang bangers fight it out in the street. You can go back into the porno filming room by opening the back most door. No one bothers you back there. A couple posters of women back there too. Go outside, get a car or bike (there's a Ducati outside the door) and get to the Printing Works.
