GA1-7D - Once you take out the real van, drive your imposter van to the Snow Hill police station. Note the back parking lot exit is fenced in and you cannot get out during mission 7D. But, when you start mission 13A here as DC Carter, you're in the back parking lot but it's opened now to exit on
