Brief Location Profile:

From the checkpoint where Viktor got on his boat, you have to race to the Blackfriar's Bridge before the boat gets there. Eddie can be heard saying, you'll never make it in a car and there is a bike for you to take right there. They come at you and block the road so you gotta haul ass to here. Once you get here, there is a cut scene of you jumping to the boat.
